What’s happening right now? ………Well, construction is almost complete on our Autistic Resourced Provision (The Grove) which began Summer. This opened at the start of the Autumn term in temporary accommodation but will be complete during the forthcoming term. As part of this, we have established a new staff team who will support our new Grove children and also work with children across the school with Autism. A big welcome to Emma, Alessia & Dita who are leading the team. We can’t wait to use the new Therapy Room, Calm Space, Sensory Room, Softplay and Cabin!
In other developments…..you will also have seen the development of our lower playground, Reception outside classroom and the garden – this is part of our wider garden / outdoors strategy and School Improvement Plan. The nursery has also been decorated and looks fresh. Our top playground will be completed at the end of March and we will all be able to enjoy a fun and active and fresh summer playground experience.
