Being Scared and what to do about it

In circle time we talked about how it feels to be scared or afraid of something. People are afraid of many things; creepy crawlies, the dark, other people, having nightmares.  The list was endless.  We talked about thing we thought might be scary and then got in groups to try to find solutions to the problem of being scared.

Here are some of our solutions for being afraid of having to take a test. (One of our class is having a piano exam today!)

You can always try again if it goes wrong.

Remember that you are tested on what you have already learned so it is in your head somewhere
