On Thursday the Woodpeckers were lucky enough to work with Jamie and Veronika from Caterlink during a bread making workshop. Jamie spoke to the children about the history of bread and bread making customs from around the world. They then looked at bread dough in its different stages and finally were able to create and shape their own bread rolls. They all then had a delicious (and interestingly shaped) bread roll to take home!
