To raise awareness of mental health, we discussed what mental health is and how poor mental health might manifest in someone. We also discussed ways in which we could alleviate ourselves of feelings that were not nice. One of the ways we talked about was completing a task that required us to really focus so that we could forget the feelings. an example is origami. We then talked about how doing something fun and silly with friends is also a way to make us feel better.
