Year 1 came back to school on Monday to find something very mysterious had happened in the playground. We investigated and identified what we could see and then used these clues to ask questions about what could have happened. Then our teachers found the address of private Detective Burlock Holmes who sent us a video message and asked us to write to him with all the clues we’d discovered. We wrote him some wonderful letters which our teachers sent back to him. The next day, Mireille delivered us a letter from him! Annoyingly, he didn’t have enough clues to find out what was going on, so he’s asked us to write him more letters when we find more clues. We hope we will solve the mystery!
