During assembly this morning, we talked about the story and the meaning behind the Advent Calendar.   We also thought about this being a time when not everyone has the things they need to survive, or enough money to celebrate with gifts or see their families.  With this in mind, we have launched our Reverse Advent Calendar.  Each day there will be an empty box in the main office lobby area.  Our community challenge is to fill the box each day with food items which we will donate to the local food bank in preparation for the holidays.
