Year 2 have been really enjoying reading Roald Dahl’s ‘The Twits’, but we really felt that they should stop playing tricks on each other. Our solution? We wrote a recipe for a magic potion to turn Mr and Mrs Twit into wonderful and friendly people, including lots of our suffix words. We then decided we should test the recipes and practise our measuring skills too. Our potions had to equal 250ml and be made of 4 different ingredients. We had so much fun and I’m sure we will come in tomorrow even kinder and more joyful than before!
