In Year 2 we have been exploring different painting techniques this week. We looked at the artist Georges Seurat and explored Pointilism. We liked how he used dots to create pictures so we tried doing it ourselves. Then we talked about different tools we could use paint with. We decided to scrape paint across paper to make waves and print with sponges to make the sky on a hazy day at the seaside.
