Humpty Dumpty visited Ladybirds on Wednesday and it was an EGGciting day. The children linked the new phoneme in phonics, ‘e’, with science and understanding of the world. They were asked to bring in an egg from home and spend the day predicting what would happen if they wrapped their egg in different materials. Would their egg survive falling off Humpty Dumpty’s wall……….?
