In January we will be doing a project which celebrates our individual and class identities. In order to prepare for this, the home learning task over the December holiday is for pupils to think about what is important to them and then create a collection of found or made objects. These could refer to:

• Family members
•  Places pupils have come from or visited (nearby or far away)
• Important people and personal heroes
• Favorite hobbies or activities
• Historic events which have happened to pupils/parents/grandparents – births, political, religious etc…
• Religion
• Cherished items
• Favourite food
• Family traditions

We hope that this project allows the children to really think about who they are and just how special and unique they are.
