Y6 are really enjoying reading the exciting and dramatic novel Floodland, by Marcus Sedgewick. The novel is set in the near future, in a Britain affected climate change. They have used the drama technique of freeze frames to summarise the key points in the opening and to explore the dilemma faced by the resilient and brave main character: Zoe.
