In Maths this week, Year 6 have started revising measuring the area and perimeter of rectangles. In Mireille’s Maths group, we have been using our knowledge and understanding and measuring and calculating the area and perimeter of real objects around the school!

We will move onto learning about calculating the area and perimeter of compound shapes, parallelograms and triangles. Do you know how to calculate these??
