The ladybirds were very excited to come to school dressed up as their favourite story characters for World Book Day.
We went on a story scavenger hunt, made book marks and drew our characters. We went on a parade round the playground, acted out some of the stories and put on puppet shows. We even made toast and jam whilst reading ‘Pass the jam Jim’ and joined up with Year 3 for buddy reading. What a fun packed day!
