I am so impressed with year 5 and 6 at the moment. They have been working hard to develop their ensemble technique in music. This clip is from a group of girls in Year 5. We have leant a song called ‘Joshua fought the battle of Jerico’ and have learnt a complex hand clapping pattern to go with it. The group then split the pattern up into its individual rhythmic ostinatos and sang in harmony over the top. Well done girls!
