Year six have been exploring the elements of pattern, line and shape using autumnal leaves and spider webs as their inspiration. They enjoyed experimenting with different techniques in oil pastel, including applying oil pastel and then scraping patterns in with toothpicks. They used the technique of wax/watercolour resist to create interesting spider web images.
