School Improvement Plan 2017-2018

This is the School Improvement Plan for 2017-2018 and forms the basis for our work in school this year.

Our priorities are:

1.    Develop the teaching and learning of Maths so that there is increase in the % of children across all Key Stages reaching age related expectations

2.    Continue to raise mental health awareness and to promote emotional wellbeing of children, parents and staff

3.    Develop the curriculum across the school

4. Continue to raise attainment through a consistent and thorough approach to marking,           feedback and assessment leading to improvements in teaching and learning:

·         Increase overall GLD in EYFS

·         Increase in Phonics attainment

·         Increase overall attainment in Reading and Writing at the end of KS1

5. Improve overall Attendance in the school
